Taylor Commons Mixed-Use Development (MUD)

Clay County, FL ($22M/ 2013)

Architect/ Master Planner.  Designed dramatic new MUD and obtained rezoning for the new design. The new project is on 7.74 acres across from the Orange Park Medical Center. Included are 60,300 SF of flex medical office or retail space, 3-story appart-ments, 4-story appartments over a parking garage, and a 178-car parking structure. The flex office/ retail building bridges over the grand entrance to the site.


The Adirondack Wilderness Club -

A year-round, all-purpose Family Resort

in the Adirondack Mountains, NY.

Project Architect. Master planned this proposed development. It encompassed 2,835 acres of pristine Adirondack Mountains, forests, lakes, meadows and trails boardering on the Hudson River. The lodging and transportation systems were designed to accommodate the year-round family activities of Snow Skiing, Snow Mobiling, Golfing on an 18-hole mountainous course, a Fish Camp, an Equestrian Camp, and even Archery & Skeet Camps.

Palm Pointe Mixed-Use Development – Jacksonville, FL ($6.2M / 2008)

Project Architect. Dramatically improved the original site and phasing plans for this speculative, 3- phased office hotel complex near the new shipping terminal. Included two 75,000 SF, 4-story office buildings, 660 structured parking spaces and a 150-key hotel.


Dillard University Professional Schools Hall – New Orleans, LA (2008)

Project Architect. Managed the production of the CDs on this 3-story, 126,615 SF building for STB Architects as part of a design/ build team working with a guaranteed maximum cost. Coordinated production with engineers in Jacksonville, engineers and the GC in New Orleans, a lab consultant in San Diego and an interior designer in Detroit. It was LEED Silver Certified.
