Directions:

Drive to the new town of Nocatee which is southeast of Ponte Vedra Beach, west across the four-lane  intercoastal bridge. Whether you come from US Hwy 1 (on the western boarder of Nocatee) or Palm Valley Road from the east, you will be on the four-lane Nocatee Parkway. Follow signs to the big subdivision named 'Twenty-Mile'. Get on Twenty-Mile Drive from either direction and look for the smaller subdivision 'The Outlook'.

Turn off of Twenty-Mile Drive onto Outlook Drive.

140 Outlook Drive is the 7th home, an all white house on the right or north side of the street. 

(Note: Outlook Drive winds back about one mile and ends on a culdesac.)
