Principal/ Architect: Glenn is a well organized and creative architect with successful national business experience in the design and construction industry. He has demonstrated skills in architectural design, project and construction management, office and team building, client relations, technical writing, public speaking and architectural photography. He seeks first to understand his client’s needs. Then he stimulates possibility thinking and creates detailed designs and action plans that when implemented produce the expected results.

Professional Experience: Glenn completed his apprenticeship in the foremost American 'new town' of Reston, VA under the well known residential architect Michael Oxman. He soon started his own 12-person, design-build home construction company in Madison, WI. Glenn is sitting with the statue of his hero Robert E. Simon - the founder of America's foremost new town RESton, VA.

This statue was created by Zach Oxman. Zach is the son of the architect Michael Oxman, under whom Glenn served his architectural apprenticeship in Reston, VA.

This picture was taken in the iconic, and now historic, Lake Anne Village Center.  The late Mr. Simon lived his last decade or so in the penthouse of this Lake Anne tower.
